Fix this app

I go on the app, everything works fine. I add a video, everything works fine. I add a cutout, them I try to change tracking, but it just pushes done. I even press in the middle of the screen and it shows that "Done" is selected then I let go and my cutout is not how I wanted it. I am on my iPad. I was really excited to make funny videos but its just a disappointment it works poorly
